What is Employee Management System(EMS)?
An EMS is a distributed system developed to maintain the employee details and the company workflow process systematically.
EMS helps to eliminate the manual process and saves a lot of time.
Working Process of the EMS:

1. Login/Register
- From here the employee can register if he/she is new and can login when registered once.
2.Home Page
- The Employee can enter the Check-in and Check-out time in the home page. Employee can Check-in and Check-out only once in a day but can break-in and break-out as and when required.
3. Worksheet
• Add Worksheet
Description of the work is mentioned in this section and required files can also be added.
• Manage Worksheet
The work which is to de done is shown in this section.
4. Timesheet
- In the timesheet there is a record of details such as check-in, check-out and working hours of employees.
5. Employee
• Approve Employee
This section shows us the employee list and employee role.
• Employee List
It shows the list of all employees.
6. Projects
• Add Project
In this the employee can enter details such as project name, project description, project client name, project document files.
• Manage Project
It contains the list of all the projects that are to be done.
7. Leave
• Fill leave form
In this the employee has to mention the dates from which date to which date he/she wants the leave and also has to mention reason for the same.
• Manage leave
The leave list is shown whether the leave is approved or not.
8. Group Chat
- By using group chat function the employee can communicate easily among themselves.
9. Task
• Add Task
Through add task one can add all the details of the task such as Task Name, Task Hours, Developers, Project, Task Description and can also add the documents required.

The task list is shown in the manage task section.
